Shipping policy

Shipping is free worldwide
(USA excluded due to high tariffs)

Orders are released for shipping after the payment method has been approved or the payment has been registered. The specified delivery times apply from the day following the payment order for normal order volumes. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Please note: In the case of cross-border delivery, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may apply in individual cases, which the customer must bear.

Import Fees and Customs

The buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. Sellers are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
