Refund & Cancellation Policies on Digital Products, Analog Products and Workshop Tickets

 

Digital Products:

 We do not offer returns on digital products.

Analog Products:  

We have a risk free 14-day return policy on analog camera products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As soon as we confirmed your return request, please pack the order safely and ship it to the following address:

Due to our early state of the company we can not offer free returns, so you have to cover shipping costs. 

We will refund you the money as soon as the order has been received and checked.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us info@mabofilms.com.

Workshop Tickets:

1. General
All workshop tickets are sold for a specific date and are therefore non-refundable by default. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation by Participant

• Up to 30 days before the event: 100% refund of the ticket price.

• 14–29 days before the event: 50% refund of the ticket price.

• Less than 14 days before the event: No refund.

3. Ticket Transfer
Tickets may be transferred to another person at no additional cost. The original buyer is responsible for informing us of the new participant’s name and contact details before the event.

4. Rebooking
Instead of a refund, participants may request a one-time rebooking to a future workshop date (subject to availability). Rebooking requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event.

5. Illness or Emergency
In cases of serious illness or unforeseen emergencies, we may offer a voucher or rebooking option at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

6. Event Cancellation or Changes by Organizer
If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future date. Minor schedule or location changes within the same city do not qualify for refunds.

7. No-Shows
Failure to attend the workshop without prior notice does not qualify for a refund or rebooking.
